"A wonderful , modern hotel within an easy walk of the train station. I was lucky enough to have a very high floor room with a great view. The room was exceptionally clean and well -equipped. I really enjoyed the onsen ( hot spring/ sauna etc) on floor 25! Delicious breakfast with a huge choice. On my second night the top floor bistro was closed for a private event and there was no opportunity to eat ( or just have a drink) in the hotel , but I found a restaurant downtown after a brisk...

"Comfortable stay. Very convenient location with Daimaru within 350m next to Sapporo Station and Tokyu within 110m. Well connected via underpass to Sapporo station and JR. Only set back is that the hotel signage is not prominent enough especially if you arrive by car."

"We’re returning guests and was quite dissatisfied when two times needed information from front desk and no one could speak English. They tried their best to accommodate with talking into their tablet for translation, but not the same as speaking to a person directly. Also noticed since our last stay, the room seemed smaller because of the furo type bath area. It’s a novelty but I personally prefer a larger living room area.
