Beautiful 1 bedroom 1.5 bathroom hotel suite that sleeps six is located on the 9th floor of the Phoenix All Suites.

·         Flat screen television, stereo system, and queen sofa sleeper in the living area

·         Fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances

·         Dining area has a table that seats four and the kitchen bar seats two

·         Kiddie bunks in the hallway

·         Master bedroom has king size bed on carpet

·         Shower and tub combination in master bathroom

·         Beautiful gulf front view from balcony with seating for four
One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure your parking pass is displayed clearly on your driver’s side dashboard at all times while on the property.
*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Please Note: The minimum age requirement to rent this unit is 25 years of age or older.

Wonderful location! This was just a pit stop for us over night on a cross country trip. We arrived in the evening. We enjoyed how close restaurants were. After a long drive we walked to go eat, and then we walked on the beach back to the hotel. The views were amazing.

It was beautiful, clean and everything told in description. Security in parking lots. Staff came by to change out towels and see if you needed anything daily. We will definitely be back.

Great vaca!

The property was located in such a well place that I never even had to move my car! We are right in the middle of everything. We had the 9th floor and the view was AMAZING! Brett was so communicative with me in such a timely manner I just couldn’t have picked a better place. Definitely will be booking with him and hopefully this place in the future!

I’m a bit of a clean freak and always take my own pillows and blankets with me when I travel. The bed in bedroom was clean! The bunk beds need to be repainted, because they look dirty. It looks like a little kid painted them with fingernail polish. The living room couch has stains all on the cushions, but we covered with blankets. The shower didn’t drain well, but I figure its from all of the sand. For the most part, I was happy with the condo, because we never spend much time there anyways. It’s in the perfect location! You don’t walk far at all to the beach, shopping, or great restaurants! We will most likely visit again.

Great location with beachfront views

The property is in a great location with beachfront views.. It’s was clean, but could use a new couch and chair. The bed was comfortable but the bunks only accommodate a person less that 5’5. Check in process was super easy!

They were under construction so didn’t get to use the pool. They did tell us this after booking but I didn’t see an option to cancel. Overall was a great location and great stay.

Nice facilities, rules confusing from front office personnel from one to another.

Nice facilities, slow elevator, covered parking easy, liked guards checking for following rules, great pool except maybe rules need to be stronger to discourage big kids from splashing by doing cannon balls and backwood flips from side of pool. One boy hit hid head on bottom in 5 ft. Great hours for pool operation. Never very crowded . Pure enjoyment. Tough walk through sand to rental chairs for older people out of shape and with artificial. Playing boom boxes should have stated noise levels. Speakers from pink Pony and beyond for kids games obnoxious. Rules confusing from front office personnel from one to another. Desk usually unstaffed and phone not answered or rolled over. Room 908 does not have a door sign. Check-in girl said not to put door hanger on door if you wanted tidying up. Maids skipped us completely on Sunday by 6 pm where she spent 2 hours cleaning rooms to the right of us. Outdoor balcony plug could not be used. VRBO and Brett- Robinson did not mention available blankets nor 5 pm check-in time. Both representatives should be made to update their communications. Shopping carts nice. Grounds kept clean. This unit needs more utensils like small spoons and beverage glasses (only 6 and there were only 2 of us.). Sofa is uncomfortable to sit on much less sleep in. Nice Gulf view and patio. Didn’t realize about outdoor grill. Is it gas or charcoal burning. Would have prepared to use it if I had known about it. Guests were friendly and respectable. Pink Pony is expensive. Great location of hotel to avoid beach traffic. Like limit of only 9 floors compared to other Phoenix properties. Shower head on hose would help to clean sand out of tub. Showers would be better than tubs if you remodel. Thank god for grab bar for older guests for safety. Would return to this property in the future.
