"We enjoyed staying here. It was clean, had what we needed, bed was very comfortable, great location, close to anywhere we wanted to go. Parking on 2nd floor lot right by the door was a plus!! Would stay here again. "

"Loved the location. Right on the beach and close enough to walk to dinner without being too close to the noise and crowds. Condo could use some updates. The small table on the balcony has a broken leg and we were told the dishwasher needed repairs. Also had to grab a spare blanket out the car since one was not provided for the sofa bed (sheets only). Otherwise, it was a great spot for our short weekend stay. "

"Roomy. Beds were comfy. Short walk to beach. Condo should have been cleaner inside. Vents dirty. Woodworking dusty. Missing towel holder in middle bathroom. Bowl under sink in master bedroom filled with dirty water. All easy fixes."

"Edgewater West 31 was a great place for our annual girl’s trip. We loved the spacious condo and the spectacular view! The short walk to the beach is wonderful also. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again!"

"It was amazing! Had an ocean view from the 7th floor and after sunrise we were able to see dolphins, wish we had binoculars with. Super clean, had everything we needed and more. Easy check in by email, received codes to get in. No long hallways. Beautiful beach, there’s also an outdoor pool and indoor pool, hot tub. Restaurant across the street was very good and had live music in the tiki bar. Ruby Slippers had good breakfast. Both just across the street."

"We really enjoyed staying here. It is on the end, and we had a great view from the balcony. Communication with the property manager was great. The location is good and close to everything from places to eat to shopping. We were unable to enjoy the pool because we had so much to do but it looks so relaxing and clean. We highly reccomend this property. "

"Overall, we were happy with the condo. Private access to the beach, and the pool was very clean. We were also nearby many dining options. Only minor complaints were that the one elevator was out of service most of the time that we were there, the mattress and pillows needed replacing (we both tossed and turned and woke up with some back pain) and the lack of toilet paper provided. We eventually had to go buy our own which I’ve never had to do at a condo. Other than that, the property manager was...
