"We had a great weekend stay at this property! Checkin was seamless, property was clean, and access to the beach was phenomenal. Parking tag was a little difficult to locate as it was up in a cabinet, but after a quick search it was located. The only thing I will note is the door does not have the ability to stay open without being held, and is rather heavy and shuts very hard and fast. "Easy to check in and out. Directions for check in and out were communicated well. Location was great. Tv was hard to operate. Lamps, tiles and bathroom needed major repair and updating. Towel racks on the balcony would have been a plus. Balcony was nice size though. Nice to have washed and dryer in unit but had to self clean it because it was very dirty. Could have used a better clean up before check in. "

"We've stayed at this property before and like the location and the size of the unit for a couple with modest needs. Tidewater is smaller than most of the big multistory units on the beach, around 13-14 floors if I recall. But nicely maintained and near the Perdido Pass area of Orange Beach. We didn't have any interaction with the Cranston's this trip, but they are good people who take care of their properties. And the weather was kind to us this trip, which isn't always a guarantee in March....

"This was our family's first time to Orange Beach, Alabama, and this home helped to make it a great visit! Everything was fresh, new and clean. The rooms were spacious and the home had all the amenities anyone could ask for. The property manager was also very prompt in responding to any questions we had. We can't wait to come back!"
