The place was okay but it did not reflect the score of a 92% percent rate it was more 75% due to roaches infestation, and paint coming off walls.

Property was great for myself and my dog. From the pics, I thought tiny house was closer to the beach, but not a problem at all. Will definitely stay with Aaron again on a future trip to Fort Morgan! Aaron was fabulous and very responsive to a request I made. Extremely clean and pet friendly.
