"Our month long stay here was perfect in every way. The unit is totally updated, immaculate and fully stocked in so many ways. Cynthia and Dave were wonderful hosts and very responsive. The Palmer Lake area is really nice with many convienences close by. The view from the deck is spectacular and unmatched! The almost daily visits from the neighborhood deer were fun and amazing. This place is a piece of heaven and we plan to return."

"Great stay in the front unit. Was very tidy and the views were amazing. Nice location close to garden of the gods! Keypad on door was abit confusing to lock/unlock and back yard is not attached to front unit so had to leash up dog whenever I had to take him out but those were minimal problems in the grand scheme. Overall, highly recommend. Great stay. Thanks so much."

"The location was great. Easy to get to all Pikes Peak/Colorado Springs sites. This is a downstairs suite of a house with a separate deck and entrance. The stone steps along the side of the house will be tricky if wet or snowy. Check in and communication with host was good."

"We needed a place with a great yard for our dogs and this fit the bill. The views of Pikes Peak and garden of the gods are amazing! The house was clean; however many of the dishes were dirty and toaster oven hadn’t been cleaned out. This is a hazard of having guests do their own dishes upon departure that we’ve noticed in other rentals as well. We’re accustomed to washing everything we use before using it so no big deal to us. We would stay again, the owner is very responsive to any request."
