"The room was large and spacious and so was the bathroom/shower. However the bathroom door did not have a lock. There was exceptional service from the front desk. They had ice age playing in the indoor pool and upon arrival they had fireplaces going outside and free smores which was the cutest. I am definitely coming back. "

"We stayed in a room with two queen beds in Yavapai West. The room was clean and comfortable. We did have wifi in the room, which we considered a bonus, as that's not a guarantee. Easy to park right in front of the room. Easy walk over to the main lodge, but we preferred to drive as it was icy and very cold (early January). It is VERY DARK at night, so bring a small flashlight with you. The gentleman at check-in was very friendly and made great suggestions on where to go for sunrise & sunset...

"Room was very clean and comfortable. Photo of the restaurant buffet-like serving line is misleading, because such a restaurant feature wasn’t open for patrons; menu ordering only. Nonetheless, the food was tasty just not buffet style nor the choices one would expect from a restaurant showing a photo of a buffet serving line. Hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and Grand Canyon National Park entrance."

"Amazing location, as close as you can be to the Grand Canyon railway outside of the railway hotel & right in the heart of historic Williams. The history & atmosphere of the building is amazing & the resident ghost was extremely friendly. The large pu lic parking area directly across from the inn accommodated our pickup truck & 20ft trailer without any trouble & was directly in front of the inn entrance. Very cool place that fits with the historic theme of the area & offers guests bragging rights...

"A beautiful Hotel. We had to travel due to an emergency with my mom and they were so accommodating and kind while we were there. The rooms are beautiful and have everything you'd want coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, and an extra deep bathtub. We were there in early January so the Christmas lights were still up and we had a beautiful view of them off from our balcony. I highly recommend! "
