"Hotel itself is a joke, they dont seem to care as long as the location sells itself. Hard to beat that, it literally sits on the South Rim. Hotel wise, all good things stop there, rooms are outdated, no amenities, poor quality sleep, etc. El Tovar dining room is worth visiting, breathtaking views, ..."
