Sewage back up

Sewage backed up in the lower level bathroom and also came into the shower. We could only use the upstairs bathroom. When we used any water it would come up downstairs so we stopped using water at all. The smell was terrible. The owner was noticed about 7:00am on the morning we were leaving and did not contact us until we left the property. I texted several times and called several times. He did thank us for notifying him, but when asked for some compensation he ghosted me. Vrbo was notified and stated because our stay was complete there was nothing they could do. He waited until check out was completed before responding. This listing is not available now and I’m sure this review will never be seen!

Just okay

Stayed for new years weekend. Hot tub didn’t work the first night which was a main feature for us and a big reason we booked here. After many messages with host, someone was sent out the next afternoon and it was fixed thankfully but Disappointed especially at $1000 a night. And we were only there for a short time. Pool table and kitchen table pretty janky and unstable, like they are falling apart from so much use. Some of the Dishes had food still on them from previous visitors.. eww. We managed because we spent a lot of time outside during the day. I’m glad it was only a 3 night stay. I wouldn’t go back to this particular cabin.

Family Vacation

The property is in a great location, conveniently located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Easily accessible. We loved the cabin and will definitely stay there again in the future. The check-in process was super easy and the property manager checked on us through the app during our stay to see if all was well. Great cabin and great customer service!

Best Stay!

This cabin was perfect! It was everything that our family of 5 needed in a stay. The location was perfect. You feel right in between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge! The property manager messaged us a few times during our stay to make sure we were doing ok and didn't need anything. They were so friendly! I definitely suggest that you stay here! We will be back!

Great place to stay! Prompt with response! Great location! Very quiet! Kids loved the movie room! The set up of the house was very nice and comfortable.

Friends getaway

Overall the stay was pretty good. We had everything we needed. The location is not bad but I will recommend that you get there during daytime. Communication with the manager is excellent. Great cabin to go with family and friends.
