The only issue I had was on the last night at 9 pm I was called to move my vehicle (Kia Sorento EX) the employee said smaller vehicles had to park on the second level and I had to move. That would not have been an issue except I have a handicap placard for my car and there were no handicap spaces available on the second level. So I was made to move from a handicap accessible parking spot to one that was not. I am inclined to...

"Our stay was excellent. The location is wonderful for enjoying Gatlinburg. We easily walked everything we wanted to. Property was very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely return."

"The room was clean. I loved the fireplace. It made everything nice and cozy. The TV was huge and the bed was very comfortable. The location is perfect! I never had an issue finding parking in their lot, and we were able to walk to all the main attractions within a few minutes. The staff was helpful and promptly provided me with extra soap, towels and TP when I asked. I recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be booking here again when I come back to Gatlinburg."
