"Everything was awesome. The lady working there was beyond polite and helpful. The city had some construction going on but did not negatively impact our visit at all. They kept us up to date on everything and it’s fully out of their control if it had. We did leave early Incase the winter storm got worse but over all 100% happy with the visit and how easy the walk to everything was. "Hotel is clean and our room was in good order. Everything worked and our stay was pleasant. The only complaint I would have was we were on the 5th floor and the ice machine does not work. However, a short ride to the fourth floor and the problem was solved. Overall, a really good place to stay and recommend the Hilton Garden Gatlinburg."
