"Geweldig leuk hotel in het midden van het centrum. Ondanks dat toch heel stil. Goed ontbijt met homemade cake. Personeel is super vriendelijk. Echt een ouderwetse inn met alles van hout en open haard. Ook een zwembad. Naast het hotel ligt de kabelbaan en er zijn diverse restaurants, eetgelegenheden in de buurt van het hotel ."

"Very clean, cute decor, pool looked pristine even though we didn't swim. We wouldn't stay anywhere else! Everyone gets an assigned parking spot. Rooms large and have a table and chairs. I cannot say enough good things about this motel. Oh yes- fire pit to relax by at night and adorable Adirondack chairs. "

"It was a decent stay, the thing that was bothersome was at night you really notice how loud the ac unit is plus you can hear the one above your window too. Its off the main strip but convenient to everything. We would probably stay again."

"Everything in this hotel is 4 to 5 star. Rooms are spacious and clean, stuff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ok, nothing special, but always fresh. There was a huge line to waffle machine (but it was a busy season so I think its normal) and one day, due to a high volume of guest, they were running out of silverware, fruits and eggs. "The property is one block away from the center of Gatlinburg. The room was clean and spacious with plenty of towels. Check was easy and the staff very helpful."

"A peaceful spot away from all the hub bub but walking distance to restaurants and attractions. The restaurant was wonderful but make sure you book reservations in advance as it is very popular. Our stay was perfect. Check in was a little different because there isn't a lobby. "Rooms were extremely clean, bathroom floors were the only thing that could have been a tiny bit cleaner as the white towel on the floor did pick up some brown after wiping up the water on the floor, however I am EXCEPTIONALLY picky when it comes to cleanliness, and this hotel gets 4.5 stars for me with cleanliness. Seen staff constantly cleaning, even saw them steam cleaning rugs one of the days. Every aspect of that hotel was cleaned. Outside was beautiful, wish the fireplace and pool was open...

"Great property. Only complaint is the daily housekeeping service. The 1st morning the guy came in before we finished getting ready to change out the towels. The rest of the trip we did not have housekeeping service. We had to go to the front desk and ask for towels, Kleenex and toilet paper every evening."
