"We had a great stay at Ivy Cellar and everything was as described. The host, Naomi, was really nice and communications with her were quick and helpful. The property was comfortable and had everything we needed. The hot tub was amazing and it was lovely to have some outside space. Quick walks to the town and beaches."

"Sadly staying here was not a great experience. On a positive note the location was convenient for Llandudno town. However, the flat had a strong smell of damp, the communal hallway was dirty and cluttered, there was no hairdryer and we had to buy new batteries for the TV remote and reconnect the TV to the internet.These are all points I discussed with the host"

"There was a bad sewage smell in the flat that seemed to come from the cupboard containing the mop. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable despite my friend bringing a mattress topper with her. It had springs sticking out. They don’t tell you before you check in that there is either a 38 non refundable deposit or a 200 hold on your account in case you break something. The flat was in a good location by the beach. New bedding needed for the main bedroom"
