"Room was awful! Fridge was broken and when opened flooded the whole room with water! Couldn't call the front desk as phone was broken. Staff just threw all our towels on floor to wipe it up. Finally transferred us to another room, but we had to totally re-pack and carry everything down 2 floors to an inferior room with a view overlooking the garbage area and cement wall with parked cars below. Mattress in room sagged down and very uncomfortable. Couldn't get closed captions off tv so asked...

"The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. However, the first thing we saw when we got to our room was a pile of dirty linens in the hallway right next to our door. It was kind of gross and definitely not a good first impression. And the pile was still there the next morning.
The location of the hotel is great if you have to use the sky train."

"We booked room before waterslide closure was posted. No partial refund or apologetic behaviour, but rather aggressive and defensive behaviour.
Room was gross. Upon arrival, there was a dirty bandaid on the bathroom floor, sink noticeably clogged (guck in it) and wouldn’t drain for the duration of our stay, two of four lamp light bulbs burnt out, ice cube tray not fixed to freezer part so took all space of mini fridge space.
Very unimpressed."
