"We had great stay at Fairfield Bay, the condo was nicely updated, clean and well equipped. About ten minute drive to the marina. Went to the Little Red Restaurant at Indian Hills, food and service were great. Went to Janssen's lakefront restaurant in Edgemont, what a disappointment worst food I've had in a restaurant in a long time. Sugarloaf Mountain is a nice hike if it's not too hot and you have a few hours to kill.."

"Great and cozy place to stay! The community there is so friendly and inviting. Plenty of stuff to do nearby. Many of the activities are within walking distance. We went specifically to see the solar eclipse and were very happy with the way everything went. The owners were easy to communicate with and very responsive. They made check-in and check-out about as easy as it could have possibly been. If I ever have an event in the area, I won't hesitate to book here again!"

"Club Wyndham Resort at Fairfield Bay was great. Very friendly staff and super helpful. However, interaction with VRBO was challenging. Due to significant COVID spike in Arkansas, we felt it best to cancel. After repeated attempts to cancel online and telephonically, 10 days before our stay, Club Wyndham was never notified. We received numerous check-in reminders, several phone calls from Wyndham and then two requests to rate our stay (that never happened). I am completing this review in the...

The bath is very tiny, which wasnt a problem, but be aware that the only sink & mirror is in the kitchenette. The map indicates the cabin is right behind the courthouse and thats the main reason we chose it because we could walk around the main part of town and not worry about parking. But the location is actually several blocks away. It is a walkable distance...
