One vehicle per unit for designated parking space. Any additional vehicles must park on the street and pay. Any unauthorized vehicles will be towed at your expense.

No Daily Cleaning Service

Pack-n-play and highchair upon request to make traveling with little ones easier.
Bedding, towels, and starter sets (hotel size) of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.

Beach chairs and towels are available for you to use on the beach. We do not provide snorkeling equipment or umbrellas.


A washer and Dryer are available. The laundry room is located at the back of the building through the back corridor to the right.

NO SMOKING is allowed inside the units. Any evidence of smoking (smell, ash, damage) will result in immediate forfeiture of the security deposit and potential additional fines

To make your stay more convenient, we provide one set of towels per guest. Should you need more towels, we recommend using the washer/dryer machine as a rapid solution. Additional towels can also be delivered for a nominal fee.**

The minimum age to book this listing is 18 years old


Check-in time is 4 pm / Check-out time is 11 am.
Quiet hours 10 pm-8 am.

**House Rules**

We have created this house rules sheet to ensure that you can fully enjoy your stay in our rental while also respecting the home and neighborhood. Following these rules will greatly help us as Vacation Rental hosts by making sure the home is taken care of during your stay. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding the items mentioned in this document.

We ask that you treat the property as if it were your property. Please be aware of the condition of items in the house, and if you notice anything broken when you arrive, contact us to let us know. We also ask that you watch noise levels at night, as we have a close relationship with our neighbors and do not want to cause any problems. Please no loud music or disturbances. Noise ordinances for quiet time in the city/neighborhood are at 10 pm, so please respect these rules. We want to mention that first so you are aware.

Children are welcome here! However - please keep your children safe. The home is not childproofed.

1. Check-in /Check-Out: Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Check-out time is 11 am. Unless otherwise authorized by the management company. We MUST have 24-hour notice for extensions of stay or you will be expected to vacate at the 11:00 am checkout time.
All areas of the property are for guest use unless locked and designated as Designedvr employees only. Not all garages are accessible or available for your use.

2. Guest Interaction: We love to meet and greet all guests. However, if this is not possible we also offer self-check-in with a door code. We have the right to ask for ID, the credit card used for booking or other forms of proof of identity and payment. We may also ask guests to present ID. A person traveling with a guest will not be permitted on the property before the booking guest has arrived and is confirmed with ID.

3. Guest Access - All areas of the property are for guest use unless locked and designated as Designedvr employees only. Not all garages are accessible or available for your use.

4. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to the number indicated in the listing. The maximum occupancy rule mustn't be violated as this will be considered a breach of the reservation rules and will result in immediate cancellation of the booking.

5. Unauthorized Guests - Although we do not mind if you invite a friend or 2 over to visit, please do not have extra unauthorized guests stay the night or for extended periods of time. We do not allow unauthorized guests to sleep here. Please do not allow extra guests to sleep at the house unless previously agreed upon when you booked the rental.

6. Parties or Events: We do not allow parties, loud gatherings, or events of any sort to be held in the property. Only authorized guests are to be in the house and around the pool area. Music must be kept to a non-disturbing level. NO BIG EVENTS OR PARTIES! Please be sure that extra guests leave by midnight. We greatly appreciate your compliance on this as we do not want any issues with our neighbors or the city. Please understand that any reports or evidence of a party or organized event taking place will be an automatic forfeiture of your entire deposit and immediate vacation of the property.

7. Pets: ABSOLUTELY NO PETS! We do not allow pets of any sort. Any evidence of pets will be an automatic forfeiture of your damage deposit ($250 fine).

8. Smoking: There is to be NO SMOKING inside the property. Smoking is allowed outside on the patio (please utilize ashtrays - do not toss butts in the patio or grass) or outside of the home. Any evidence of smoking inside the unit (ie smells of smoke, ashes, burns, etc) will be an automatic forfeiture of the entire damage deposit and an additional smoke remediation fee of $750 will be charged.

9. Trash: All trash is to be bagged and put in the waste bins provided. You will find trash bags under the kitchen sink. When the trash can is full, please remove the trash bag and take it to the trash bins. Please make sure all small trash cans have a bag liner before putting trash inside.

10. Inspections: Property Management has the right to inspect the premises without prior notice at any time to enforce the terms of this agreement. Should the guests violate any of the terms of this agreement, the rental period will be terminated immediately and no refunds will be given. The guests waive all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period. The tenants shall vacate the premises at the expiration time and date of this agreement.

11. Security Deposit: A security deposit is required to reserve the house. You will be required to submit payment using the payment link provided within 48 hrs before check-in. The deposit is in addition to the nightly rate and will be refunded in the same manner paid provided the following provisions are met:
*No damage is done to the unit or its contents
*All debris, rubbish, and trash are placed in trash cans, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. If the house is left excessively dirty and there is excessive trash left in the house, there will be an additional cleaning fee deducted from the deposit for the extra cleaning time. The guests will be notified immediately.
*No linens are missing, damaged, or excessively stained
*The Occupancy limit of the house is not exceeded at any time unless approved in writing in advance
*There are no police enforcement actions by the City or Homeowners /and items 4,5,6,7,8 and 9 are adhered to and there are no violations of house rules as posted in the house.

12. Check-out: Check-out time is at 11:00 am unless a late check-out is purchased via the Tourist Portal (upon availability). Checking out by this time ensures that we have enough time to clean the place and get it ready for our next guest. Please text us when you leave so we can get the crew in ASAP. Also, be advised that failure to vacate on time may result in charging your deposit funds.

*When you check out, please make sure all doors are locked and secured, and that the house looks reasonably neat- like the way it was found. We do not expect you to scrub it clean it but it must be reasonably “picked up” and furniture placed as it was at check-in.
*Make sure to collect all personal belongings. Check all closets, drawers, and washer/ dryer. We are not responsible for any items left behind.
Please see the checkout checklist and ensure it is complete before leaving.

13. Failure to Vacate: If you fail to vacate the property on or before the termination of this agreement, you shall pay for the period of your holdover a sum equal to 2 times the daily rate of your property or the maximum sum by state law. This will be charged via your deposit.

14. House Phone: There is no current landline in the home

15. A/C system: Please keep levels of a/c at appropriate temperatures. Keep doors and windows closed while in operation as humidity accumulation can cause freezing of units and dysfunction.

16. Cable TV: There is no Cable TV in the house. No refunds shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, or personal preference about TV service. All TVs are ROKU as well or have a Roku device. You will need to use your account to access Netflix and such services.

Great location

This property suited our needs for a collegiate beach volleyball tournament for our daughter. The location is great- easy walk down to Pompano Pier, and quick drive for dining/groceries/shopping. The beach is right across the street. Beds are comfortable, pool area is nice for relaxing, parking is included and designated, so no worries about where to park. There is also a lovely, private covered patio to enjoy morning coffee. If you’re not used to city noise, you may want to bring earplugs for sleeping, as sirens and general road noise can be heard. Overall well appointed and comfortable for our quick stay!

The property has not been maintained. The interior paint looks like someone tried to spot touch up

We had ants and crock roaches thru out the unit. The outside crew used a blower to clean up the patio but the dirt was blown into the bedrooms and living area. We had wash some bedding to use it again.

Great location! It was really close to the beach. The place was well stocked with towels, coffee pot, and all of the stuff we needed to make a few meals. The pool was nice as well. We would stay there again.

We love this property!!

This has to be the best VRBO I’ve stayed at yet! Right across the street from the beach. Close to everything yet quiet and peaceful. The host stayed in contact with me from the day I booked to the day I got there. The pool was fun for the kids and had beach chairs around to relax in the sun while they swam. We needed for nothing while staying here. 10/10 would recommend :)

proximité de la plage

Un bel endroit près de la plage avec une belle piscine. Les deux jeunes filles qui s'occupent du ménage sont vraiment très gentilles et agréable à côtoyer. Le condo était très propre. Nous avons bien aimé et pensons y retourner l'an prochain. La seule chose désagréable et que vous ne pouvez contrôler c'est les moustiques à la fin de la journée et le soir !!! superbe service. Merci pour tout !

Wonderful place. Quiet in evenings. A slight breeze from the water. Short walk to the beach. Lovely pool. Apartment is nice with great AC. Patios or balcony’s with each one. Could use a full length mirror in the unit for when you are dressing up to go out.

Needs a.little work

Overall this property was as promised. The handheld showers in the bathroom were both broken. There were four adults and only 3 beach chairs/beach towels. We could have used a few more bath towels. The laundry room literally stinks and one washer was out of order. The condo itself was clean and well appointed. Had a hard time figuring out how to control the air conditioners as there were no instructions (I think a couple needed new batteries). The beds were comfortable enough but the pillows were quite lumpy and uncomfortable.

Beautiful apartment- great experience

The entire stay was wonderful! Apartment came completely as described! Great access to the beach right across the street! They even provided beach chairs and a few beach towels in case you forgot one! We had a little trouble with the front door lock not working all of the time but they checked it out for us mid stay. Otherwise everything was wonderful

Wonderful!

My husband and toddler stayed here for 6 nights. We had requested a pack n play and it was all set up upon arrival with no extra charge. The pool was great and the property was quiet. Wonderful experience!

Great place for a family!

Spacious rooms and a nice full kitchen. Perfect place to avoid a crowded hotel. Short walk to the beach and a short drive to several nice restaurants. The Pompano Pier is beautiful at sunset! I am a native Floridian and this had a great old Florida feel!
