"Lovely rooms, and little terrace with jacuzzi. Staff are exceptional. Very warm, friendly and helpful. The staff really make this place a great stay. Breakfast was good too. "

"The aminities were satisfactory, the place was very clean inside, The main bed mattress was lumpy, causing backache, Safety wise, the bath requires bath mats as its very slippery making it difficult / dangerous for unsteady people or children getting in /out of bath / Shower. Nice touches with dog gifts and welcome gifts. "

"The room was large and generally comfortable but smelled stale - as if it had been closed up for a while. The bed was two singles zipped together and so very uncomfortable in the middle. The shower head was so disgusting we didn't have a shower and the tiles were cracked and coming away from the wall. The towels smelled musty and the toiletbrush was awful! One of the windows in the bedroom had swollen and so couldn't be closed properly."

"This property is very good quality and the host was very helpful. The location is great , being easy walking distance from Fordingbridge. Unfortunately, the stairs to the first floor are more like a ladder and there is very limited headroom at the top and bottom of the bed, which made it difficult getting to the bathroom."

"We found Riverside Lodge delightful, inside and out. Very peaceful and a pretty setting, with constant birdsong, visiting ducks, scampering squirrels, wandering deer and an evening flyby from a kingfisher. We went out less than we normally would because it was a treat to be lazy there, especially as we’d splashed out on the hot tub. Beds were very comfortable and full marks for having curtains rather than the blinds 90% of holiday lets have, which do nothing to block out light for people who...

"Lovely clean and comfy accommodation set in beautiful grounds. Jacuzzi and sauna were used after big days of walking. Lots to do in the area. We enjoyed our stay very much and Chris was an excellent host. Would have happily extended our stay but sadly had to return to work."
