"Enjoy the finest of Swiss Customer service in this hotel. We visited the hotel during winter for a white Christmas experience, the hotel is nestled at the foot of Les diablerets. This hotel meets the warmth you need in winter. Very friendly staff, clean and good food. "

"Lovely little hotel with wooden structure. The staff provided excellent hospitality. I was in rush to the train station to catch the hourly train back to Montreux but could only reached the hotel to retrieve my luggage 10 min before the train departure. The staff offered an exceptional drive for me so that I could catch the train. That gave me an excellent first impression of the Swiss!"

"Se trata de un hotel bien ubicado en Les Diablerets, cerca del centro del pueblo y con supermercado y restaurantes muy cercanos. Por la puerta pasa el bus que recorre los diferentes remontes.
El hotel en sí está un poco anticuado, la habitación era muy amplia, el baño flojo.
Por el precio (una oferta por 130€ sin desayuno) era una muy buena opción dados los precios de Suiza."

Buenisima localizacion y para esquiar tienes todas las facilidades: alquiler de material en propio hotel, te llevan al teleferico y te vienen a buscar cuando les llamas. Y ¿que mejor q ir al spa despues de larga jornada de ski? Muy recomdable!!!"

"This was an absolute find. In a beautiful location a short bus or train ride from Gstaad. The dorm was fine - clean but with the most glorious view. Great buffet breakfast included and the 16CHF dinner is a bargain.. and tasty. "

"The hotel is fine,.. service could improve in the lobby where waiters don’t come to you at times ever. But more importantly the reason I booked was because I was told shuttles ran back and forth to gstaad which was a service I was told existed to encourage me to book and that was not the case as hotel us just outside town. taxis took long to arrive and it was at times frustrating to see the hotel shuttle unused and not available to move guests to and from town

"Fantástico hotel, tiene 6 meses en marcha y las instalaciones prácticamente nuevas. Los espacios comunes están bien, cuenta con parking techado, personal amable y eficiente. La única mala experiencia fue en la discoteca, en donde aun cuando estaba prohibido fumar, por lo cerrado del lugar (es una especie de mina) el DJ cada 10 minutos fumaba, pese a que el personal le pedía no hacerlo.."
