"I had reservations booking a hostal as I’ve never really slept in one before. This was in a great location, the communication was very good even when I struggled with the touch screen self service key card. I had help straight away. The room was super basic but the bed was clean and comfortable, the towels were fresh and the shower hot. No frills but all I did was sleep and I slept very well "

"Le petit déjeuner était bon … il n’est pas très diversifié mais correct. Le personnel est vraiment gentil et hospitalier. La chambre est nettoyé chaque jour avec changement des serviettes / drap … point très positif qui nous a beaucoup plu. "

Nous sommes venu en famille, l’endroit est super calme, c’est magnifique, le petit plus que nous ne savions pas avant d’arriver c’est de pouvoir acheter des commissions et les stocker dans des frigo c’est le top. Encore merci pour ce paysage et cette piscine magnifique. Nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir."

"Bajé a tomar un sandwich a la cafetería a las 20:10 y me dijeron que no lo podían servir a partir de las 20h. Entré en el restaurante y me dijeron que tampoco podía tomar un sandwich. Tuve que pedir un sandwich en la cafetería y marcharme a mi cuarto para que me lo mandara el servicio de habítaiones porque no me lo podían servir en una mesa. "Amazing stay at this hotel! The service was impeccable, and the hotel itself is wonderful. Located in the old town, it offers stunning views and a truly unique experience. The property is spread across several charming historic buildings, all beautifully renovated and decorated with elegance. The rooms are quiet and comfortable, with very cozy beds, we slept wonderfully. Surprised there’s no little equipment like toothbrushes, toothpaste, brushes etc… and the shampoo/shower gel same combination...

"Lovely hotel. Communication from the hotel was great. Room clean and beautifully decorated, the upgrade was a great treat. Room quiet and slept well as bed was large and comfy. Staff who we spoke to were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend and visit again. "

"Hotel, whilst a little tired, was spotless. Like a lot of Spanish cities, Reus is a grid system and the hotel was on a corner. The main square was approx 300 meters walk. There is an attached cafe within the hotel but wasn't open on 3 days of our stay, which was a pity as it was very good. Overall, very good value. "
