"Point of View is a gem of a place! Just an amazing property. On a beautiful beach, clean and comfortable house. Great kitchen. We went to Ava’s a few times for their fresh baked bread, makes for amazing French toast! Going in the off season we something I have never done before, no one was on the beaches. It was like our own island. I would definitely come back. Really liked being away from the main tourist areas. We lived it!"

"The cozy cottage was perfect for my husband and I. Bed was so comfortable! Theo was so helpful with any questions! We rented the golf cart and the boat they offer. If you’re comfortable driving a boat, I recommend doing this! We went to some of the most beautiful beaches and sandbars! "

"Our family really enjoyed staying here. Mike’s communication was great and made sure we were set up and comfortable. They provide so much stuff ranging from complete kitchen utensils, coolers, ice packs, beach accessories, bug spray, etc.. Another group we went with weren’t so luck and their place didn’t have much of anything. It really makes a difference and we will be back! "

"First time in Exuma, and this place was perfect for what GF and I needed. Location was great as a grocery store was right there, and pretty central on the island to get to all the beaches. Right on the water with a small sand beach area to yourself. Two kayaks were a nice surprise that we used on several locations. The owner did have a small rental car that met are needs, but be prepared for rough roads to the house and in other areas of the island. If we come back, we will bring our own...

"The property is in a secluded area therefore it is very private. What I loved most is that it is in a central area and near to the airport and beaches. It has a kitchenette in case you prefer to cook your own meal, this I made much use of. Overall my stay was splendid. I would vacation there again."

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Lake Cottage Oleander by the Tropic of Cancer beach! The cottage was adorable & Valerie & Pierre were amazing. The location was so quiet & peaceful, plus it was a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean. I highly recommend staying here."

"We had a wonderful time at Hoopers Bay Villas. The cottages are across the street from the beach and access is easy. We stayed in the Yellow Elder cottage. It had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. It is a little older and not perfect, but who cares with the low price we paid to be at a beautiful beach!? The hosts, William and Priscilla are lovely people and always available to help or answer questions. Loved they cute beach decor in the cottage. The cottages are also private....

"Tranquility is an excellent option if you are looking for a quiet beach vacation. We stayed there for a family vacation with kids and had the best time ever. House is neat, fully equipped and walking distance to one of the nicest beaches in Exuma. Thanks Jacquie for hosting us!"

"Myself, wife, and 4 kids---ages 19-25---finally able to get to the Bahamas after too many years of school and sports commitments.But it was worth the wait.Casita Azul is comfortable and modern---great AC, water system, and internet---everything you needed was available....but we spent very little time in the house as the area and beach is amazing. Great set up.Nice kayaks, small deck down near the beach, and one of the best beaches in the world. If you like the true Bahamas, this area is for...

"This is a really great place. Super clean and comfortable. Great access to ocean. Steps to the beach. Dine outside on patio. Lots of beach accessories supplied and host super responsive. I would highly recommend getting a rental car, get a one day pass at Grand Isle resort and/or renting a boat to explore Stocking Island so that you can experience different areas of the island. We rented a boat from Exuma Boat rental, Allison and Exuma auto rental"
