Cozy Cottage Perfect for 2

Recently built, centrally located one bed cottage, nestled along a lush hillside.

400 square foot interior space; 360 square foot porch space; view of sunset over water.

A short walk to Staniel Cay Yacht Club, beaches, bars, restaurants, and village shops.

Cottage has a large screened-in front porch, full kitchen with new appliances-gas stove, refrigerator and microwave and toaster.

There is a queen size bed and a back porch with a water view.

The cottage is equipped with a large AC unit, wireless internet, and smart TV with Netflix.

New 2022 Club Car Onward golf cart available for rent during your stay. Please inquire for rental rates.

Bicycle, Kayak, Sup, and boat rentals are available on Staniel Cay.

Beach combing, swimming, snorkeling, and fishing on and around Staniel Cay is fabulous.

MARVELOUS cottage with so much charm and fabulous hosts! Thank you Anita for sharing your humor and kindness - and restaurant suggestions. Uncle Lyle and Chef Kenna at the Bottom Line shared a beautiful 3 course meal with us and we had the best Grouper meal at Big Dogs!Everywhere we went in town we felt like family.

Thank you, Anita and Theo! What a magical little cottage with an incredible view. Perfect location, close to the Staniel Cay Yacht Club and the main beach. Definitely recommend renting the golf cart for a drive around the island. We loved our stay!

Theo was there to pick us up from the airport and to get us back on leaving. They responded immediately to any question or request but otherwise were in the background. Golf cart was very useful. Fully equiped accomodation. Very convenient location. Suitable for two persons.

The cottage was immaculate, beautiful, and in an amazing location. I would suggest renting a boat through the owners for a fabulous side trip to see the sharks and pigs. Anita was extremely friendly and replied to me immediately to any questions I had. We will definitely return!!

The cottage was cozy and conveniently located. It was well appointed with towels, beach towels, and the necessary toiletries as well as dishes, coffee maker, large refrigerator and whatever else you’d need. The cottage was very clean upon arrival and both Anita and Theodore were easy to contact for any questions regarding our stay.

The cozy cottage was perfect for my husband and I. Bed was so comfortable! Theo was so helpful with any questions! We rented the golf cart and the boat they offer. If you’re comfortable driving a boat, I recommend doing this! We went to some of the most beautiful beaches and sandbars!

Superb Staniel Cay Getaway

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at Cozy Cottage. The island and people were amazing. Anita and Theodore were super friendly ! Couldn’t have been more pleased with our hosts and their cozy cottage. It’s exactly as described! Anita made sure we visited her recommended beaches! So beautiful! Golf cart a must to hop around. Our stay was great!! Anita and Theodore were great in communicating with us. The cottage was clean and cozy and close to everything. The bed was very comfortable. It had all that we needed. Amazing!

I came to Staniel for a quick 2 night stay and this little cottage was perfect! The location is perfect. Super close to the Yacht Club and very convenient. Theodore was incredibly helpful with getting me set up with the golf cart and boat rentals. Overall I could not have asked for a better place to stay. I will for sure be returning. Thanks!

The apartment was clean and centrally located and was perfect as a self catering holiday as it had all the necessary appliances and utensils to prep your own meal, which was great as there are not many restaurants on the island and being vegetarian it was super convenient. There are also 2 main grocery stores close by to acomodate for this. The apartment has a view of the sea in the distance and with the outdoor deck/patio it was a perfect spot for sundowners each night. Anita was so responsive which made the whole experience another level and she was prepped and ready for all my questions. The hosts will allow you to hire their golfcart which although the island is small, definately comes in handy on those warm days and when out shopping or when beach hopping. The hosts also have a boat and offered to take us out to see all the nearby sites for a very reasonable price. The one thing I would say is the matress was on the soft side which is not my preferance however it was suitably adequate. The apartment is as pictured in the photos, I found it a perfect stay for our 8 days / 7 nights

Perfect location for a relaxing vacation!

We had the most amazing time in Staniel Cay! The Cozy Cottage was in the perfect location and Anita and Theodore are the perfect hosts! We rented their golf cart and explored the island. We enjoyed a different beach every day. We were lucky enough to spend 10 days on the island and I wish we didn’t have to leave. We will be back! TY Anita and Theodore for sharing your home with us!
