"Check in and interaction with the property manager was easy, timely, and clear. The property was all it was advertised to be and more. Our family (us plus our 6 college-aged kids and one high schooler) had plenty of room for hanging out, cooking, eating and enjoying water sports (kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming in the pool). "No washer dryer unfortunately. Comfortable beds. Bring your own shampoo etc. Wish coffee was there. Beautiful pool and view. Kayaks great. Pool floats need replacing. Get an suv. Roads very rough! Loved watching sunsets and viewing stars after dinner. Would recommend! "

"The screened in outdoor kitchen is fabulous!! We used the pizza oven, flat top griddle, and grill and loved it! Another perk was there were cleaning supplies and a broom/vaccum left out for us - so nice to keep the place tidy!Super comfy beds!!Being right on the ocean was perfect for morning snorkeling/kayaking/paddleboarding. "Another trip to paradise!! We've stayed at Seabiscuit countless times and it is pure bliss every time!! Fina's property has everything you need and more to create a memorable and fun filled get away. It is truly heaven on earth!! We encountered Hurricaine Melissa and got stranded in Exuma but not too worry because Fina was ever so accommodating as usual and we had no worries!! Thank you AGAIN Fina for everything and we look forward to seeing you in January!!"

"This house is nothing short of amazing! We felt like we were on our own island. It is so nice having a private pool and beach right at your back door, and the water is so beautiful. We even had a sea turtle swim along the shore. The house is about 10 minutes from Georgetown, 5 minutes from Blu, and 30 from Santanna’s, so it’s in a great location. The beds are super comfy. We had 9 people and had plenty of room for everyone. I would stay here again and again. "

"This place was perfect for us since we needed one night near the GGT airport. It is close to the airport and very comfortable. We could walk a couple minutes to a beach with no one else around. The proprietors were very nice and easy to reach on WhatsApp. The Internet was a little slow. There were no nearby restaurants or food stores, but we took a taxi to Georgetown for a most delicious dinner. If you spend time there, it might be best to rent a car."

"Beachwood Villa was very well equipped, and the beds were absolutely wonderful. It was very clean love the layout of the house. The pool was to die for! Excellent communications for any of our concerns and questions. Last but not least, the view was incredible definitely a 10 !! "
