"Don't hesitate to stay at Exuma Sol. It's the perfect place in paradise. Steps from the beach, gorgeous views, and has everything you need. Exuma Sol is centrally located in Exuma and close to so many great restaurants and grocery stores. We weathered Hurricane Melissa while in Exuma and Mike, the owner and the other residents were phenomenal. Communication with Mike from booking until when we headed home was phenomenal and top notch. We can't wait to come back again. "

And the stairs that led down to the water was the most stunning view!! Especially for sunsets and when the full moon was out. "We had a fabulous stay at the house! Everything was perfect! Carole arranged for our transportation from the airport to the dock and the ferry ride over to Spanish Wells. Once we arrived at Spanish Wells dock Audrey the caretaker was waiting for us and escorted us back to the house. Our golf cart rental was also prearranged and waiting at the dock when we arrived. The house was spotless and had everything you would need. Plenty of beach toys, beach towels even sunscreen! The views from the porch...

"Java Cottage was a beautiful property in the heart of Dunmore Town with walkable access to virtually everything. Combined with the pool, grounds, and outdoor cooking/dining/lounging areas, it was a true oasis within an oasis. Host Anna, property manager Rosemary, and staff Issie, Donna & Tis couldn't have been more helpful, responsive, and friendly.
