"Wir haben die gute Verkehrsanbindung nach Köln HBF geschätzt. Im Hotel wurden wir herzlich begrüßt und in die Besonderheiten des großen Zimmers eingeführt. Wir haben uns sehr frei gefühlt. Das Bettzeug war hervorragend. Leider gab es im Bad einige "technische" Mängel. "

"Anfangs waren wir verdutzt das der Burghof nicht mehr Burghof hieß . Haben vom Wirt erfahren das der Name am 1.9.19 gewechselt hat. Schlüsseübergabe um 16.30 im Restaurant. Deswegen frühere Anreise nicht nötig. Zimmer völlig in Ordnung. Bei Abreise Schlüssel in Briefkasten. Völlig problemlos. Immer wieder gern !"

"Checkin available only 5-8 PM. My room was very small and uncomfortable. The area is worst fior a hotel. My room was kept very cold. To save energy- I normally lik cold but that was too cold. 3% surcharge was added for paying with credit card. The manager is obviously trying to squeeze out every penny for this facility. There were much better options for equal or lower price in the Cologne area but I got stuck with this bad choice."

"The room is big enough, the location is perfect. A lot of bars cafes and restaurants around, the metro is nearby. It’s clean and confortable. The only thing, there is no reception so a super stinky homeless person made it to our floor!"

"Está ubicado en un barrio con mucho movimiento , lleno de restaurantes y supermercados. Te tienes que mover en subte a los puntos turísticos, es lejos para ir caminando. No te hacen limpieza por 7 noches, sin cambio de toallas y la basura la tienes que tirar vos. Por el precio que pague eso debería estar incluido. Recepción no siempre hay una persona atendiendo. Si tienes un problema o algo no funciona me comunica vía mail. Check in online no es lo más cómodo. Cuando llegue no funcionaba...
