"As English only speakers we really enjoyed our time at BaliAn even though most of the staff spoke only a small amount of English. They really looked after us, and with the use of Google Translate we managed to get things sorted out very quickly. "This apartment was an easy 5 minute walk to the station with easy access to Shibuya. The room itself was very spacious and clean. There was most neccessities with a washing machine and hair dryer. The stairs are quite steep so maybe no the most accessible access. The only improvements would be a rubbish bin in the bathroom/toilet and also some towels to dry dishes after washing. I would reccomend staying here for groups up to 5. "
