"Overall we had a good, comfortable stay. The lodge felt clean ( although a couple of towels and the bedding in the main bedroom smelt mildly of damp). The kitchen was well equipped and the shower was lovely and strong. We dropped a star because of inaccurate listing which said that WiFi was included. Just before arrival, we were sent a welcome document that stated that the WiFi was broken and was no longer available, however when we arrived, wifi popped up. When we asked for the password we...

"Lovely comfortable, clean, well equipped chalet with views across Belhaven Bay. Within easy walking distance of all amenities. Good communication with owner. We have already re-booked for later in the year. "

"This was a very comfortable stay, with all the amenities of home. Perhaps the hot water management would be easy for Scottish folks, but it took the entire stay to figure out how to turn on the hot water in the primary bathroom. Property management was very responsive. It would be lovely to have olive oil in the pantry. The drying rack is broken. There were pubs close by, and you need reservations to eat there. It was quiet, darling, and a very short walk from the gorgeous beach and a small park...

"The communication from Chris the host was excellent, she was extremely helpful and gave us plenty of extra information about the area. The chalet was clean, comfortable and well appointed, its location was amazing with such beautiful loch walks fantastic for our dog. The local cafe, Inn and locals in general were all so welcoming. I would definitely recommend the chalet to anyone wanting beautiful scenery on your doorstep!"

"Fantastic stay. Stayed many times in a snug pod for business maybe 15 times a year. Tried a cabin for first time because the price was cheaper than normal. Amazing, shame its too expensive to do more often. Only downside was the wifi was hit and miss but overall very good"
