"This a perfect hotel if you want to be in the new town and are a close walk to everything. The hotel does require you to be able to use technology to check in but each room has everything you will need. The lounge was filled with a coffee bar and fresh pastries and place to rest. The room just felt cozy but professional."

"The staff were friendly. The location is central, close to the Waverley train station and walking distance to so many things. The kitchen was well equipped. The laundry was convenient, although the machines are a little touchy and take forever to do a load. The apartment was nice and clean. The bed was a little hard however that is a personal preference. Our room had a nice interior view of the gardens and was quiet. Overall a great home base while in Edinburgh."

"Place was gorgeous, modern, convenient, clean. Though listed as for 4 people, it was a bit awkward for 4 people: bathroom en suite to one room, so those on beds (pull-outs) in front room had to walk through the other room to the bathroom. And because light switches for bathroom are outside, anyone sleeping gets light in their eyes until the door is closed. And using the kitchenette was disturbing to those sleeping in front room. Would have liked a full size coffee maker as the nespresso...

"This property was comfortable, clean, and well equipped. Great location, too. However, in an effort to save energy, the bathroom lights were on a motion detector.
