La habitación esta super bien, muy equipad, perfecta para 2 personas, solo te piden un deposito extra justo antes de llegar al hospedaje y es muy complicado hacer algo así de último minuto, si no traes internet y si vienes muy cansado NO te dejaran entrar hasta que pagues el deposito.

We really liked the space in the apartment - great for a few days stay - every need was catered. The location was very central making access to tourist sites and restaurants , and the railway very easy. There is a tall flight of stairs to tackle as soon as you get inside but then there is a lift up to the 2nd and higher floors. There is a washing / drying machine also which was fabulous!

Apartment was spotless good bed linen and towels. Directions and code for door very simple no looking for keys. It was very easy to message or phone girls in the office and they were extremely helpful. It was in an excellent location for getting the tram to and from airport. I would highly recommend this property.

Location was amazing. Rooms are beautiful, check in was easy. Shower was great. The ac was locked and we came in after hours. It was a bit hot, they responded to our email the next morning. Washer worked, but the dryer portion didn’t work well.

The apartment was modern and tidy and the location was perfect. The self-check-in and check-out with luggage storage worked well. The only minus was that there was no cooling and the temperature indoors was around 25C (in mid-July).

Generally comfortable stay. Room was clean. Location is very good. However we were told there’s no A/C even though there was a A/C thermostat installed in the apartment. Also the lift kept breaking down so lugging our luggage up 2 floors was not pleasant. All in all satisfactory stay but things can be tweaked a bit better

The apartment was situated across from Waverley Stayion. Ideally placed for all tourists attractions. The apartment was clean and spacious for a one bed apartment. There were all the appliances you would need to be self catering. The apartment was clean. The only downside to our room was that it faced brick walls either side with air conditioning pipes and cooker vents from the food outlets next door which were noisy at night. Air conditioning would have been an asset to the apartment too.

This location is perfect spot, close to tram, train station, and amazing Edinburgh sites. There was more than enough space in this apartment to feel more like a home away from home. Grocery store is around the corner, and many eateries to explore. Bed was comfy, shower was clean, and having a kitchen was a great option.

This studio apartment was perfect for two. It was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. The living area included a sofa. The private bath was also spacious. The location was amazing, so close to transit and sites. The kitchenette has a nice microwave and refrigerator and coffee pot, but no hot plate, but we did not need it. We.stayed 3 days and supplies such dishes, utensils, towels, TP etc were adequate for the stay. A small reasonably priced grocerystore. Sainsbury local was right around the corner. KFC and McDonalds are right next door although we did not use them. We made several trips to the grocery store. Communication and entry were flawless. The room blinds all worked well as did the climate control (October is not so much a challenge as summer or winter). Only a few slight negatives which do not affect our rating. 1) there is no lift. All units are at least 1 floor up. We were on 1 which is 2 for those from the US. The stairs were wide and treads not too high, but if stairs are an issue bear that in mind. 2) our unit was right above KFC, so when entering from outside there was a slight odor of oily chicken - got used to it and it may not be an issue at all for the upper units. 3) there was some noise from the businesses but mostly in the bathroom and not bad, did not bother us sleeping or otherwise. Also associated with McDonalds and KFC in the evenings there may be people around the outside door - protect your code. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was beautifully presented and the remotely located management staff were friendly and tried help as much as possible. However the hotels.com booking site did not mention that getting to the apartment involved going up several flights of stairs, involving over 30 steps. We found this difficult because of our age and the amount of luggage we had. Compounding the access problem was we could only leave our luggage at the company's administration office prior to check in, which was almost a kilometre from the apartment. This involved double handling and a long walk on a hot Edinburgh day.
