"Such a beautiful location and cottage. Stayed in the Oak 2 Bed cottage and this was a home from home. They think of everything (including sachets of condiments). This stay was perfect for me, my partner and our 9 month old baby. The bedrooms are so spacious so plenty of room for a travel cot in the main bedroom with you or the 2nd bedroom. Waking up and opening the curtains to the views and the sheep was fantastic. We would definitely be going back."

"Cannot fault the accommodation or the owner, both first class. Well located property for nearby walks, restaurant and pub. Railway station also close by for trains to Stirling , Edinburgh, Glasgow , Perth , plus many other locations. Dunblane is a quiet peaceful place. Just returned , and already looking at our diary for a return visit."

"We had a great time at this fabulous cottage. Perfectly situated near, but not in, the centre of Comrie and ideally a 1 minute walk to the best restaurant The Deil’s Kitchen. Beautifully decorated, extremely well equipped with every extra you could possibly need. Comfortable, warm, plenty of room and a really great kitchen. Even Storm Babet didn’t spoil our break though it did mean we didn’t use the lovely garden and seating area. The dog however loved it and as it is enclosed, was safe. Would...

"Lots of good things to say about this place. The history of it being a stable - charming. The smell of lavender planted near the entrance - charming. The sound of sheep bleating if you crack one of the many the windows - charming. Church and old cemetery next door - charming. Young deer visits daily just outside the dining/living area - charming. I docked one star on cleanliness because I found a pacifier under one of the beds and I know they allow dogs but the kitchen smelled like dog -less...

"Barn was lovely. Very clean had everything we needed. Beds were super comfy. Hosts were lovely and provided amazing welcome back for us. Location was lovely and peaceful. Lots DVD books games and blankets in the barn. Had lovely fire although weather was mild so we didnt need to use. Would highly recommend"

"Quaint little cosy cottage, equipped with everything you need. Wifi good, heating good, wood burning stove just lovely in the evening. Communication with owner perfect - especially when we managed to accidentally lock ourselves out, eek! - thanks for your kindness Mike. Surrounding areas fantastic for dog walks - Pucks Glen, Benmore, Ardentinny all highlights for us. Kilmun arboretum just a few steps along the road also well worth a visit. "Perfect setting for a celebration weekend for all our family. We cooked our meals and sat around the super size dining table in amazing surroundings. We went for walks as we were lucky to have good weather in March. One of us went cold water swimming!! (Very brave) We played family games, had a pool tournament, celebrated St Patrick's day (we're Scottish, any excuse to celebrate) The Lodge is fully equipped we didn't want for anything We would highly recommend Stronachlachar Lodge and hopefully...
