"The house was exactly as described. Everything was clean & in place. Comfortable beds and loved having 2 king size rooms with private bathrooms. Great place to spend time with our family. Definitely going on our fav list for Arvada! Hosts were very attentive when we contacted them. "

"There were a couple of problems with the water and the microwave and the team got to us right away. They were ideal hosts. I thought the beds were comfy and the space was great for our families to eat and play games.Being next to the park and the ice cream shop was great for our kids. I also enjoyed the coffee shops and the steam room near by. "

"Everything exactly as described. A little tricky to find once you get out of your car. Couple of gates as you walk through the back yard before you get to the Welcome sign on the last one. We were not fans of the Murphy bed. It’s a bit squeaky. Plenty of towels. Having a washing machine was a plus. Bathroom is very nice. On street parking was not an issue during our 4-nite stay. Everything was stocked with everything we needed & the host was amazingly quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again for future trips to Colorado "
