Sunny Private Guest Suite, 30 min from Denver/Boulder, Kids and Pets welcome!

Welcome to your private guest suite, located on the full lower level of my home. I live upstairs and am always available if you need anything, but I am quiet and I respect your privacy.

The spacious great room features a cozy fireplace with a TV above the mantle, a comfortable overstuffed couch, and a table and chairs perfect for work, play, or light entertainment. The flexible workspace includes a desk with a printer and an additional monitor for your convenience, as well as fast, reliable Wi-Fi. For those who like to stay active, free weights and ample space for yoga are available, along with an 88-key Yamaha keyboard for warm-ups, practice, or jamming out with "Heart and Soul."

The bedroom, while compact, offers a walk-in closet ideal for longer stays. The office/flex space has a sofa bed that unfolds to a a queen-sized memory foam mattress for additional sleeping arrangements.

Although the bathroom is small, it offers a tub with a shower and a large vanity with plenty of storage. The kitchenette is equipped with a variety of appliances to make cooking easy, and for dining out, there is a wide selection of restaurants and takeout options within a 2-mile radius.

The fenced-in backyard is perfect for pets, and the home is just a 5-minute walk from a park with an off-leash dog area, playground, and plenty of walking paths.
