"I booked weeks in advance but the night I arrived was 11pm and the front desk lady greet me saying the oversold and there were no rooms available. After complaining they assigned me a room but said a $500 deposit was required in case there’s damage to the room. I was so tired that agreed. The general condition of the hotel is terrible, smells like people smells weed in there, there were people shouting and fighting late in the night. The towels had long hairs on them and looked really old. To complete the experience I have been writing to the hotel to get the reimbursement from the deposit which the committed to do at checkout but I get no response."
