"The hotel is right on the bay, so it's has a nice ocean-front feel. The staff is very nice and helpful. It is important to know that the shuttle goes to the Oakland Airport. (Not their fault, but I misread that and had to make some adjustments to get to and from SFO.)"

"Check in was great, room was nice. Bed was comfortable, when i went to take a shower i checked the towels and (2) of them had hair on them.
