Caravan Getaway - St Andrews features three bedrooms and comfortably sleeps up to six guests. The main bedroom has a double bed size for a restful night’s sleep. There are also two single rooms, each equipped with two single beds, providing comfortable accommodation for both adults and children. This setup makes it perfect for families, friends, or small groups looking for a cozy coastal retreat.

Please note that there is an additional fee for the play pass, which grants access to a variety of exciting activities. A link to purchase the pass, along with a code, will be provided once your booking is confirmed.

Activities on-site can be booked 12 weeks in advance, with swimming bookings available 4 weeks in advance. During holiday periods, bookings go quickly, so early reservations are recommended.

Minimum Stay:
The minimum stay is three nights; however, guests staying for just one or two nights can still purchase a minimum three-night play pass.

3 Nights: Friday- Monday
4 Nights: Monday-Friday
7 Nights; Saturday- Saturday

By Car:

From Edinburgh: Take the A1 heading east towards Haddington. Exit at the A198 towards Longniddry/Prestonpans. Continue on A198, then follow signs for Golf Village and once there, follow the signs for Wentworth. Turn onto Forth View, and the property will be on your right.
From Glasgow: Take the M8 towards Edinburgh. Join the A720 Edinburgh Bypass, then take the A1 towards Haddington. Follow the same route as above from the A198 exit.

By Bus:
From Edinburgh: Take the Lothian Bus 26 towards Seton Sands. Get off at the Seton Sands stop, which is a short walk from Forth View.
From North Berwick: Take the East Coast Buses 124 towards Edinburgh and transfer to the Lothian Bus 26 at Prestonpans.

By Train:

The nearest train station is Longniddry Station. From there, take the Lothian Bus 26 towards Seton Sands. The bus stop is just outside the station.

Public Transport:

Use the Lothian Buses app or Traveline Scotland to check real-time schedules and plan your journey. Bus 26 runs frequently between Edinburgh and Seton Sands.


- NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.

- Towels: Please avoid taking towels to the pool, as any staining or damage will result in a £35 charge per towel for replacement.

- A travel cot is made available upon request only.

- Also, kindly ensure that the oven is turned off before you check out of the unit.

At Vacant Nests, we’re dedicated to ensuring our property is protected throughout every guest stay. To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a £400 fully refundable security deposit hold placed on their account or purchase a £50 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during the stay.
