"Perfect location if you are visiting Fiesta Texas. The only negative is all of the construction for I-10, which passes right by the hotel. But traffic is the issue, not noise, so it was manageable."

"We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room, amenities and staff were all great.
The reason for this low rating is the valet service. They parked the car under a tree which left tons of sticky residues on it. When I asked the valet staff, they were very rude and responded that’s how it is and they’re not responsible. Not even an apology, or trying to make it up. Their manager reimbursed one night of valet and I thought that should cover the cost of car wash. I took the car to a premium car...

"The room was very clean other than shower floor, not really an issue though. The staff was very helpful and welcoming! The breakfast was super yummy and efficient I would say the only thing that wasn’t as hot would be the tortillas. Other than that very good and tasty. The outdoor pool was good just had a few leaves and insects from the rain earlier that day. Not really a problem. Very nice and deep went up to 5 ft❤️"

"Loved our room, bed was comfortable. The front desk lady wasn’t the kindest . No luggage carts to be found as we looked for hours to bring up a heavy luggage. The lady at the bar was the best as she found a cart for us. Swimming pool hand rail was broken as the hot tub rail which is dangerous. Only 3 lounges in the pool area no chairs. Washer and dryers are in a closet, could definitely have another set on another floor."
