"Staff were very nice and the hotel was quiet. Rooms were clean and my family and I had excellent rest while in the room. Coffee shop behind the hotel was good as well. Times should be posted for breakfast in the restaurant as we thought we had time due to information from the website but they gave us some muffins for the confusion. Great stay"

"I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding a maintenance issue I experienced during my stay at your hotel. On 9/13/2025 , I encountered a problem with the sink in the bathroom of my room. I promptly reported it to the front desk, but I was informed that the maintenance staff had left for the day at 7:00 PM and would not be available until the following morning. "Pretty amazing price for a Gilded Age gem that's still being kept in top shape. It's sort of the Hollywood ideal of what a swanky hotel is supposed to look like.
