"Check in process was delayed due to cleaning of the room which didn’t make sense on a non-busy weekend that my early check in was denied. Then my room wasn’t even available by the 4pm check in time and so I either had to wait for my room to be cleaned “which did not have an estimated time” or take a downgraded room. "Suite was beautiful but would NOT stay again...
1. Do NOT think they will bring anything to your room, my disabled wife asked for extra towels and we were told to come get them from the front office.
2. DO NOT run the tub & shower too close as you will not have hot water for both...You need to wait about 15 minutes before running the next one no matter how short your shower is.
3. No matter what the website states NO ROOM SERVICE...Per the bbq place listed on the website they have not offered...

"We stayed here just after the remodel finished and were pleasantly surprised. My friends stayed in double rooms and I rented a Casita. Everything was new and refreshed, clean and modern. The staff was SO nice and friendly, but they were very under staffed and doing their best to keep guests happy. I loved the pool, the lobby and restaurant. We will definitely stay here again. "
