"The property is beautiful. We loved our beach house. Having Excellence Club level, made a big difference for us. We enjoyed the daily resort activities and the nightly shows. "The property was beautiful! From the time we entered we were greeted with staff that offered assistance with our bags. We had about a two hour wait until our room was ready. I’m the meantime, my boyfriend and I decided to explore the property to see what there was to look forward to doing. "My friends and I visited the Royalton for my 40th birthday. The overall experience was amazing. We purchased the diamond club for our stay, which included butler service, access to private beach, access to top shelf drinks, and VIP access to all restaurants. We had three separate butlers, but overall the service was okay. The butler did the best they could to support us, but the service was average. The resort itself was absolute amazing.
