"Wunderschönes Hotel im Viertel San Blas. Sehr nettes hilfsbereites Personal. Liebevoll und geschmackvoll dekoriert. Sie hatten freundlicherweise ein Paket mit Alpakawolle für mich angenommen. Frühstück und Essen im Restaurant waren sehr lecker. Weil wir um 6:00 abgeholt wurden, bekamen wir eine leckere Frühstücksbox, Kaffee gab es auch schon. Sehr empfehlenswert."

"Very caring and helpful staff helped with every aspect of our stay and Machu Picchu trip. They arranged rides to the airport (not included) at our specific hours, gave us a welcome with health tips to ensure we acclimated to the altitude, and were available 24/7. Breakfast on the balcony is a must. Close to the local square and market. Highly recommended."

"The staff is good. I gave 2 stars because it is an extremely small room, and hotel I will say. I stayed 4 different hotels in this Peru trip and this one is the worst. I mean you can tell the room size when booking so that was bad. But when I booked 4 different hotels and they were on the same price range, I expected similar quality. But this one is so horrible compared to 3 others. I had great time in Lima hotels and in Urumbamba hotel but not this one. This one is soooo small, I keep...

"The staff were super helpful and wanted us to have an amazing stay. They recommended restraint right up the street that we ended up eating at two nights because it was so good. The tea and the coco leaves were super nice to have out for use any time and it was super nice that they had an attendant there 24:7. Just be careful for the semi warm showers, but that is almost every place."
