"Staff members were really helpful"

"Excelente buena ubicación y limpieza"

"Personally, I think this hotel deserves at least a four-star rating for its ambiance and service. The gardens and rooms are spotless, the city and mountain views from the breakfast room are stunning (breakfasts are also exceptional!). All members of staff are incredibly friendly and courteous, knowledgeable about nearby restaurants and attractions, and the airport transfers are punctual and reliable. I highly recommend this hotel to travellers from all over the world."

"For solo women travellers, the area the hotel is located in is very safe for walking. Its about 10min walk from the main attractions. The hotel has 24 hrs person in the reception area and they keep the lobby locked at all times (doorbell for access). Uber does come to this location and it's cheap (about 6 sols) to go to the plaza des arms if you don't feel like walking. If you are getting tours, they were able to pick up from this area but you would have to check with the specific...

"Hotel et personnel très sympathique! Chambre propre et confortable. Pas beaucoup d’isolation pour les bruits de la rue mais tout le reste est genial. Super bon déjeuner le matin!"

"There is no Airport shuttle"

"This is small, cozy hotel that is very clean and conveniently close to the Plaza de Armas. While the rooms are small, it was perfectly fine for me as a solo traveler. The staff is nice and always willing to assist and answer any questions. The breakfast is basic, just enough to get the day started and could improved, but overall it is a great stay. My room was very quiet. I would absolutely come back to this hotel."

"Todo perfecto. Suficiente espacio, el desayuno muy bueno, la calidad muy por encima al precio en mi opinión, vista espectacular y la atención muy personalizada. Recepción nos ayudó con muchos temas. Gracias!!"

"It’s a very cozy boutique hotel staff are very nice and nice location as well. The only downside is the small breakfast room the capacity is small have to wait if all goes early."

"Great find in Cusco. Feels like you’re living in a little courtyard. Home with lots of little rooms super well taken care of super nice people.!"
