We started a yearly girl's trip to go to this cabin because it's just perfect-- the wood burning sauna is especially wonderful and nestled in the woods next to a river. "While the interior of the house was nice, our stay was completely ruined by a not friendly host and unacceptable living conditions. The host locked the thermostat and shut off the AC during a heatwave, leaving the house over 100F. Despite explaining that I had two senior citizens with me who were in physical distress from the unbearable heat, the host refused to turn the AC back on remotely. They told us to open the windows, stopped communicating entirely, and told me to take my complaints to...
