Magical, all season, multilevel treehouse on beautiful 120 acre property.

The Little Birds Treehouse is a one of a kind year round getaway which brings out the child in all of us. Suspended between five oak and maple trees, the treehouse unfolds through three levels; a patio to sit and enjoy the swaying forest canopy, a living room with a kitchenette, toilet room and accommodations to sleep two on a pull out couch and two more in a loft via ladder access. There is also another upper level accessed via a wooden spiral staircase which is the main bedroom that sleeps four more. Great for families, friend gatherings, or just a couples romantic hideaway.

Located on Little Birds Farm, on 120 acres just in the wood line from grassy fields, a stone house, and a pond large enough to canoe in. There are hiking paths down to a year round brook where you can go fishing for brook trout or just relax and have a picnic.

The treehouse is not visible from the main house and feels very secluded, even though it is only 200 yards through fields from where you will park your car.

Nearby towns like Port Jervis and Milford offer great downtown walking/shopping/cultural experiences. There are rafting and canoeing opportunities along the Delaware just a few miles away. And there is also a great award winning playhouse during the Spring and Summer called the Forestburgh Playhouse and Tavern (https://www.fbplayhouse.org/) that is a 7 minute drive away. Come see a show or a dinner cabarets and then retire to your treehouse for the night.

Our two young children absolutely loved our stay at the treehouse! Such a unique and fun way to spend a few days in the woods!

Memories made

What an amazing vacation! Took my family of 7 and our dog to the tree-house for a 4-night stay and had such a great time. Even though this is a treehouse in the woods, the location was extremely clean - my kids ran around in their crocs for the majority of the vacation and had no problem. It's the easiest time you'll have "roughing it." The setup inside was perfect and plenty of places to sleep. I was amazed that in a treehouse, we had electricity/lights, running water (hot and cold), and a small refrigerator! The small pond nearby gave us hours of use as we brought our fishing poles and caught small perch. I'm so happy we found this place - we made great memories and had a great time. The host was very helpful and attentive to anything we needed, which wasn't much as it looked like he thought of everything. We hope to be back!

A True Magical Experience!!!!

Where do I even begin ! We are a family of 4 with two little girls. We stayed at Jeremy’s treehouse last week for my hubby’s birthday and it was simply unbelievable. My girls didnt even know what hit them. They kept asking if it was real. The meticulous work that went into building this treehouse is unheard of. It was super clean, private and we had plenty of room. The multi level aspect of it made it so fun for my girls. You can have an awesome bonfire at night and simply just listen to nature. Genuinely a perfect place to unwind. We went rafting down the Delaware which is literally a 10 min ride to Indian Head canoes and its a beautiful 6 mile ride. Now on to Jeremy - he was the best and most gracious host!!!! So thoughtful and helpful throughout our whole stay. He even got us fresh eggs from his chickens. Just an all around wonderful person. I almost want to keep this treehouse a secret. Absolutely amazing!!! We cant wait to be back for a weekend.
