"The listing, if anything, undersells the quality and cleanliness of the property. Spacious, well-appointed rooms, comfortable locations for cooking, movie watching, or conversations by the fire. The hosts could not have been more gracious, and everything was clear and easy to locate. "We trailered a couple of bikes up for the weekend to ride. I always worry about security with bikes being so easy to steal, but this property is incredibly private while also being easy to access with a short trailer. A large flat area made loading and unloading so quick. The house itself was cute, comfortable, and high-end, exactly what was represented in the listing. "Enjoyed our stay at this property to be near our Grandson. The furnishings and bedrooms are very comfortable. The kitchen is set up with the basics needed for meals, coffee, toaster, microwave, etc. House was very clean. Lower level has washer/dryer along with ping pong table, safe darts, foozball table, games, large L-sofa and TV. We will stay again !"

"I had a wonderful experience at The Alder at Resorts World Catskills; it truly exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness and maintenance were exceptional, which made me feel very comfortable throughout my stay. Additionally, the atmosphere was soothing, away from the hustle and bustle of the casino but close enough to enjoy the fun whenever I wanted. The customer service was outstanding; the staff always smiled and were willing to help at all times. The rooms were spacious, well-decorated, and very clean, which contributed to making my stay even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, I prefer this hotel a thousand times over and would recommend it to any traveler seeking comfort and tranquility."
