"Excelente todo, la comida, el servicio, los chicos k te ayudan con las maletas"

"It was an excellent experience with amazing views from our room. Very unique adventure. We did have an issue with losing hot water in middle of a shower in the morning could not rinse off. We ordered our dinner at 3:00 to deliver to our room at 7:00, however it was not delivered until almost 8:00. For price paid there should be no issues"

"What a great group of friendly staff! From arriving at the train station to be met by Ruben who took care of the luggage, got us into the bus and by the time we were up at the hotel our bags were ready for us. Upon arrival we were greeted by Anthony "our shaman". Took care of every detail and gave us a lot of historical information. Have to say everyone from the front desk to the restaurant and bar were excellent and made our (short) stay worth it. Thanks to all!"

"Great place in town. Very helpful and polite staff. Went above and beyond!"

There were a LOT of gnats and mosquitos in my room so that was pretty frustrating especially at night when trying to sleep. But my only real complaint was the spa service. I was...

"I had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect. The only issue was using laundry that destroyed two of my T-shirts. Otherwise everything was perfect’"

"Excelente servicio."

"We were asked what time our train arrived so half expected to be met as many others were but no such luck. We had to stumble up 100 steep steps in the dark with our bags and when we arrived we were given no information about the room or breakfast except to say it ended at 8 which seemed early. The next morning I had trouble finding where it was even served and it was very unappealing. There was no kettle in the room or bottled water although after breakfast an urn of hot water appeared in the...

"Outstanding service at the front desk. Delicious breakfasts. Great Location next to the river."
