"Upon first arriving, I was out of breath from how much I had to hike uphill to get to the property. This wasn’t a surprise, since one of the reviews had mentioned it. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The first thing I noticed about the room is the walls are very* thin. You will hear other guests and footsteps easily… and when I tried to take a hot shower, my hot water didn’t work. It took a short while to get moved to a new room. I was so tired from hiking Salkantay, I was happy to finally...

"This is a great hotel that is clean and equipped with all you need for your stay in Cusco. Every single member of the staff was kind, friendly, and helpful! The breakfast included a made-to-order omelette + the small, but ample buffet. I had dinner there on my last night and that was delicious too. Thank you for a lovely stay!"
