"Incroyable surtout le personnel"

"The hotel failed to provide the one of the basics, a quiet room where you can sleep at night. They had no A/C so had to sleep with the windows open and between the mosquitoes and the cacophony of noises coming from the street it was honestly impossible to sleep. The room was clean, although very small."

"The service was excellent! The room was loud as it faced the street and it was quite warm too. There was no AC but they gave us a fan which did help. We loved the service from Phillipe and Sara especially."

"Lovely location next to beach, restaurants and cafes. We stayed in room 254 with a lovely view of the sea and gardens. The room is spacious felt freshly decorated and furnished. The room had plenty of storage was very clean with good lighting. The bed and pillows were very comfortable with soft linen. The bath/shower looks refurbished had lovely smelling products and good water pressure. The coffee machine was a nice touch and there is a water cooler in the corridor. We couldn’t find a guide to...

"お部屋の掃除は朝、夕2回行われてタオル、お水の補充などをしていただきとても清潔で快適でした。 館内は美術館のように絵画や彫刻があり素敵でした。 事前にバスタブの依頼、お部屋の壁紙の雰囲気の希望をホテルにメールでお願いしました。希望に添えるよう努力するという回答でしたがすべて依頼通りでした。とても過ごしやすく素晴らしいホテルでしたのでおすすめです。"

"Convenient location; breakfast was excellent; the hotel was just renovated and room size is generous. The staff serving the breakfast was very nice and helpful. Bed linens and bed sheets have very good quality. From all of these aspects, I gave my stay 5 stars. However, I was not satisfied with the reception when we first arrived. We were assigned a bad room with smaller size and poor view of balcony even though there were more better rooms available. From this aspect, I gave my stay 4 stars to...

"The heating wasn’t working on a cold weekend, but they didn’t tell it’s when we checked in and only told us once we complained the second time, and then said it wouldn’t be fixed because it was weekend. The hotel generally looks a bit tired and in need of a refit. Gym & sauna just bland and no quality feeling, a bit of a home made feeling to it. TV in room was skew on wall, espresso machine tray bent. Just not what one expects from a Radisson."

"Bien situe / personnel de chambre très sympa tout comme accueil. Bon buffet petit déjeuner"

"Exceptional hotel, fantastic staff, great location and breathtaking views."

"Our stay at Hôtel Aston La Scala was extremely disappointing, particularly for a property advertised as a four-star hotel. While the location is excellent, the condition of the accommodations and the level of customer service fell significantly below expectations. We experienced several unacceptable issues, including furniture falling apart , poor bathtub drainage, outdated décor, and extremely offensive odors in multiple rooms. Equally disappointing was the initial response from the front desk....
