"Nice property, very helpful staff, easy to access public transit, limited amenities- only shampoo/soap. Must request towel and maid service. Coffee makers over pour beware! 45 minutes to Touristy areas between walking, changing buses, walking.. but easy to manage if you have the time and knees."

"We stayed here for a weekend in July for a concert. The hotel was in a perfect location for us, easy to get to and from the city centre by tram or walking. The 2 lovely ladies at the reception desk were very cheerful and helpful always. Considering it was a shared bathroom, the bathrooms were kept clean and very comfortable. We will definitely be staying here when we come back next year!! 🙌☺️"

"Wir waren zu einem Kurztrip an die See, und unglücklicherweise in Haarlem direkt nichts mehr bekommen. Wir haben das OZO Hotel spontan wegen des günstigen Preises und der kostenfreien Parkplatz Option gebucht. Und die Entscheidung war goldrichtig: tolles geräumiges Zimmer, super gut klimatisiert & isoliert (trotz Flughafennähe), ein hervorragend sauberes Zimmer und wirklich gute Betten. Alles in allem, - wir waren für die Notlösung außerhalb von Haarlem begeistert"

"The hotel is great! Everything was clean, we were able to get to our room early for an extra fee but we were grateful for that since we were on a bus the night before for 7 hours from Paris to Amsterdam! It is well located ! I recommend this stay"

"Cost to eat breakfast At the hotel was way too expensive. There is a McDonald's directly next door.... Which was more cost-effective. There is a walkway across the street directly to the tram station which was very convenient."

"La ubicación del hotel es muy buena. Se puede caminar desde la estación central de trenes. El hotel es moderno. Me tocó una habitación estupenda con 3 camas y un tapanco con vista a los canales. Hay máquina Nespresso en la habitación. El buffet de desayuno delicioso y muy variado. El personal muy atento nos ayudó con transporte local seguro y nos dieron la habilitación temprano. Recomiendo mucho el hotel"

"Nice room, our stay was in one of the underground rooms but unlike other reviews, we didn’t hear much noise from the first level, despite there being noise when we went up. Great location."

"We spent one quick night between flights. The room was very contemporary and well equipped. Small but fine for a short stay. Food and bar were nice and relaxing- so easy not to have to venture out. Staff were all lovely! Breakfast was fabulous. Thank you!"

"The bed sheet had a stain on it and the facilities appeared to only be wiped down. They may clean it weekly but I was only there for a weekend and only notice daily wipe downs. Other than that towels were brought daily and the facilities appeared to be clean. Overall, it was a good experience since it’s near a lively neighborhood and a couple museums but it was a bit far out from the city center. Great for a short stay but I don’t think I’d stay there for a week"
