"Das Ferienhaus selbst ist neu und in ordentlichem Zustand, allerdings gab es erhebliche Probleme bei der Kommunikation und Abwicklung.Nach der Buchung über FeWo-direkt erfolgte die weitere Abwicklung über Belvilla. Auf FeWo-direkt war eine Kaution von 100 (bar) angegeben, über Belvilla wurden dann 161,99 gefordert, die nur via PayPal über deren Portal bezahlt werden konnten. Diese "Kaution" stellte sich als nicht erstattungsfähige Reinigungs- und Servicegebühren heraus – was erst nach Nachfrage...

Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte etwas umfangreicher sein und ein Föhn wäre auch von Vorteil, es gibt also hier und da Potential die Wohnung noch angenehmer zu gestalten.."

"The staff were very friendly with plenty of information, pro tips and helpfulness. It’s the quality and cleanliness of the hotel itself. 1. There was black mold around both of our windows that extended along the wall. Mentioned it to the manager and we got a “sorry that sucks” I would have thought there would be an offer to move me to a different room or have it cleaned. That’s didn’t happen. 2. Mold continued in the shower in the grout of the tile. 3.Bedside lamp didn’t work. 4. "

"Diese Unterkunft ist in jedem Sinne einfach wundervoll. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend! Die Ausstattung der Kapsel ist pragmatisch und reicht völlig aus. Alles ist in einem sehr gepflegten, sauberen Zustand. Die Aufenthaltsräume, wozu ein kleiner Wintergarten, ein Speiseraum und eine kleine Bar zählen, sind zauberhaft. Das Gemeinschaftsbad/toiletten sind hell und sehr sauber. Im ganzen Haus herrscht Tag, wie Nacht eine ruhige Atmosphäre, was sehr angenehm ist. Es gibt...
