"3/5 This hotel is too expensive, & not worth the price compared to the poor customer service. Stay away.
We were told that we would get a bottle of drink during our stay when we booked. This was not offered. We had to go back to the front desk after poor check-in.
The hotel is across from a Casino. People are always smoking in front of the hotel which is irritating for folks with asthma & allergies.
The rooms are big & cold. The heat in the room was not working initially, & then worked...
"I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious . The breakfast was amazing ! A special thank you to the chefs who were polite ,friendly and very helpful. The location was also convenient for visiting local attractions
I really enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others . I would definitely stay here again!"
