"Richard (fromt desk clerk) was beyond amazing! We arrived early so he secured our luggage so we could explore Rotterdam. He also gave us suggestions for dinner since the hotel restaurant was closed."
"Excellent hotel, lovely location right by the main square and cathedral. Staff very friendly and helpful, loved the cold water stations on each floor. They do use foam mattresses, which my partner hates as they give him back ache, we did ask for a change but it wasn’t possible. Providing a mattress topper would have helped."
