"Check-in was very slow but got a room upgrade (which was old part of the building), which was great initially but there was no AC & therefore had to request a fan (especially on a 35 degree day), received a Dyson fan that didn’t do the job very well. Housekeeping for your room was asked at check-in which I found very unusual as it should be something as a default or by a sign in your room when required. Breakfast is well worth getting with your room as it was exceptional & great service. Lastly...

"This is the only hotel I stay in when I come to Amsterdam. Location wise it’s perfect - a short walk from Centraal station and right in the middle of the shops. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. We asked for a room change because we wanted a walk in shower and it was arranged with zero fuss. Looking forward to my next stay."

Please uphold the name you carry by improbing your services"
