"This was my third year staying at this property, and it never disappoints. The house was very clean upon arrival. The view is spectacular and the house is located in a good neighborhood near William Vincent Winery. The washer/dryer were new from last year. The house is charming. My only suggestion would be to put a queen-sized bed in the room with the closet in the event of two couples staying. As always, leaving was difficult!"

"Great location! Convenient that all 3 cottages were in a row and very similar. The outside space with a gas fire pit between cottage 2 & 3 was a nice feature, but would have been nice if the leaves had been blown away before we arrived. The lower deck over the water was beautiful, but the table & chairs seemed to just have been haphazardly thrown down there & one of them was broken. Overall a great experience for a 2 night stay. "Our getaway was mid Oct. Cool weather, but beautiful weather!. Older cottage, nice and clean. Reminded me of one from childhood, which was nice. Quiet while we were there...a good thing for us. Matt answered all questions i emailed ina timely matter. Nice and relaxing as we needed it."

"A sweet little cottage with an awesome view that felt so cozy and welcoming! Well equipped for cooking in and comfy bed for snuggling into as the weather changes. Dogs loved exploring the parks as did we.Jeff is very responsive. We certainly will return!"
